So I went to the doctor yesterday to try and figure out what in the blue blazes is wrong with me. I had the endo attack and migraine at the beginning of the week, but then things sort of morphed into what I thought was the flu.
Well apparently it's not the flu.
It's some kind of atomic hella killer sinus infection.
Yup. The fever, the headache, the lightheadedness, the nausea; it's all because of an insano stupid sinus!
But I never even had a runny nose!
It was almost kinda funny because he looked in my ears and was like "Do you feel slooshing when you move your head?"
"Slooshing?"
"Yeah."
"No, no slooshing."
"Well you've got A LOT of stuff up here. I think we'd better put you on antibiotics. And I'll give you something for the nausea. You know, I should probably put you on steroids as well, this is pretty bad."
"Roids?"
I saw my mother afterwards and was all like "Hey ma! They're putting me on roids!"
She was all like "You don't mean those diabolic steroids, right?"
I started cracking up, but not too hard because it hurt my head. "Mom, it's anabolic, and no, not anabolic. I was just making a joke."
And now I'm sitting here hoping these drugs start to work soon and I can rejoin civilization! I have lots to tell you guys, but haven't been feeling well enough to write! Hopefully this week I can do some catching up.
