I'm hoping soon to be able to straighten my legs in firefly as well as maybe pull a grasshopper pose. Then there's this other pose I want to do that I don't know the name of, but I'll figure that out when I get there. Getting strong, flexible, and balanced!
I've been doing yoga for many years, and really love it so much. A couple of friends even want me to get my certification to teach, but that costs money. But yoga is the one thing that makes me feel good about myself and my body. I actually appreciate my body for what it can do when I practice yoga, and it makes me feel strong and capable. I think it's a great recovery tool and would love to teach if I could. I don't know, maybe something to think about.
