My Dreams For My Healthy Future Look Like....


ED Related:
  1. Enjoying working out and physical activity, but not being compulsive about it or addicted to it.
  2. Being able to be more social and do group activities and group workouts/physical activity.
  3. Eating because I'm hungry and stopping because I'm full.
  4. Being able to eat in front of groups of people.
  5. Being able to eat junk food when it is in a social situation.
  6. Not feeling bad if I eat junk food, eat too much, or don't work out on any given day.
  7. Not bingeing or purging.
  8. Feeling glad for my body and what it can do.
  9. Not hating how my body looks
Endo Related:
  1. Not being in constant pain.
  2. Having a regular period.
  3. Being able to have sex without pain.
  4. Being able to have kids and a family.
  5. Not getting migraines and back aches.
In General!:
  1. Graduating with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Psychology (with an emphasis in Substance Abuse and Addiction).
  2. Going on to grad school and getting my masters in Clinical Psychology.
  3. Being an ED therapist.
  4. Learning to fly an airplane.
  5. Making skydiving a regular thing (yes, I skydive and I LOVE IT!)
  6. Having 2 cats and 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs.
  7. Being happy and at peace.
  8. Sharing life with someone I love
  9. Publishing a book.
  10. Making a difference in someone's life.
  11. Get my certification to become a yoga instructor.
  12. Love someone and be loved by someone.
  13. Go scuba diving.
