ED Related:
- Enjoying working out and physical activity, but not being compulsive about it or addicted to it.
- Being able to be more social and do group activities and group workouts/physical activity.
- Eating because I'm hungry and stopping because I'm full.
- Being able to eat in front of groups of people.
- Being able to eat junk food when it is in a social situation.
- Not feeling bad if I eat junk food, eat too much, or don't work out on any given day.
- Not bingeing or purging.
- Feeling glad for my body and what it can do.
- Not hating how my body looks
Endo Related:
- Not being in constant pain.
- Having a regular period.
- Being able to have sex without pain.
- Being able to have kids and a family.
- Not getting migraines and back aches.
In General!:
- Graduating with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Psychology (with an emphasis in Substance Abuse and Addiction).
- Going on to grad school and getting my masters in Clinical Psychology.
- Being an ED therapist.
- Learning to fly an airplane.
- Making skydiving a regular thing (yes, I skydive and I LOVE IT!)
- Having 2 cats and 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs.
- Being happy and at peace.
- Sharing life with someone I love
- Publishing a book.
- Making a difference in someone's life.
- Get my certification to become a yoga instructor.
- Love someone and be loved by someone.
- Go scuba diving.
