What helps me love my body is Yoga. Being able to focus on the strength and balance and flexibility and appreciate my body for what it can do is a true blessing of yoga. It also focuses on getting into poses and personal growth and progression as opposed to burning calories. Mindfulness and being good to your body and listening to your body are all integral parts of yoga. I highly suggest it for anyone who is struggling and looking for a good form of exercise during recovery!
