An Invisible Illness

Both of these articles brought tears to my eyes. Last night I took some high end prescription sleeping pills just to fall asleep. Contemplated taking the bottle (as I do always) in an attempt to end it, but like a good little girl, I just took one and laid down to wait for it to take effect.

Endo is no way to live! I am lucky to be so blessed with so many people who are supporting me and helping me move towards feeling better physically and mentally. I have a wonderful team of doctors, gyns, dieticians, psychologists, psychiatrists, and surgeons who are committed to my health and so many family and friends who have my back the whole way because I finally ASKED FOR HELP and let them in. Many women aren't so lucky and are either too ashamed to ask for help, or they don't have help available.

Please support the fight against Endo! To find out how to help, go to http://www.millionwomenmarch2014.org/.
