Yay! Pages!
Good morning everybody! Check out the new pages I set up above. Hopefully these will help you learn more about me and what's going on. Hopefully also they will provide me with tools that will help aid me in my recovery. For example, I can list great and healthy recipes full of good fats and protein that AREN'T DIET! Keep me in check! If I post anything that's a diet recipe, let me know! And diet doesn't mean low calorie, just as non diet doesn't mean high calorie. Diet is a mindset. So these will hopefully still be awesome recipes that are healthy and that all of you can try as well!
