Fever

Have been super light headed for about 24 hours and seeing spots when I stand up, or having ringing ears. Was with my boyfriend last night and he noticed my face was really hot, but I felt really cold. He convinced me to go to bed. I woke up around 2am this morning covered in sweat. I think I had a fever. I must be trying to fight off some virus. My head's still pounding. I hope this ends soon.
