Short "I'm Ok"

Just saying sorry about yesterday. i had a major panic attack that went on into the night. I don't remember much about it. My boyfriend said I was talking about not being able to breathe and was saying not to let me fall asleep because I would die and my heart would stop. He said I was clawing at myself and he came in to find me cutting. Came close to taking me to the ER, but he finally got me to fall asleep. These are becoming more frequent.
