I was having a lot of trouble in class the other day anticipating lunch, so I tried something that I heard from one of the ladies in the Hello Life Support Group. The idea is a particular cadence of positive affirmations. So, in class, I buzzied myself at my notebook coming up with as many as I could think of. And afterwards, I felt a little better! I thought I'd list them here.
